"I have witnessed many positive changes & growth in Sherwood Park since the 1970's and I love helping people buy and sell property in a community I grew up in! I know this area like the back of my hand. Plus I am a FULL TIME licensed real estate associate. What does this mean for you? That I don't ""dabble"" in selling houses. I DEDICATE myself to getting homes bought and sold for clients all year long. It means I have the TIME, the EXPERIENCE and the KNOW-HOW to negotiate YOUR best deal! It is my commitment to deliver top-notch service, and ensure your stress is minimized, whether buying or selling property.
Prior to becoming an AWARD-WINNING real estate agent, my broadcasting career in radio and television spanned two decades...holding down the desk of The Morning News on Global Edmonton for almost 14 years. I have been recognized with Grant MacEwan University's Distinguished Alumni award (Journalism)...as well as receiving Edmonton's Consumer Choice Award as Woman of the Year.
I have been active in numerous worthwhile community projects over the years: the Robin Hood Association, the Boys & Girls Club, The County Clothesline, our local library (where I worked as a teenager!) and the Linking Generations program. My favourite areas of focus are those involving literacy, children and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
My husband and I are raising two teenaged boys, and Mark now works alongside me as a licensed Realtor as well! We take a team approached focus in all we do. We are proud of our youngest son, who constantly works to overcome the challenges his autism presents, and we cheer our older son's achievements on the ice and roller hockey surfaces. We enjoy camping and traveling together."
